What this website collects
The website itself does not store form submissions. When you use our enquiry forms, the details you enter are composed into a WhatsApp message on your device and sent to our business number only when you press send. Calculators run in your browser and send nothing.
Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated.
Information you share with us directly
To process a loan we collect identity, income, bank, property or vehicle documents from you on WhatsApp, email or in person. We use them only to assess your requirement and submit your application to the lender you approve.
Sharing
Your documents are shared with the specific bank or NBFC you agree to apply with, through their official channels, and with credit bureaus as required by the lender for your application. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with other lenders without your consent.
Retention
We retain application documents for as long as needed to complete the transaction and to meet the lender's or regulator's requirements, after which they are deleted or returned on request.
